Your order is a "Print when ordered" product, which means that once you place your order for the book, it is freshly printed and then shipped to your specified address. Returns and Damaged Orders:

To report a problem with a damaged order, please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving the item:

Provide a detailed description of the problem, including information about how the order was packaged.

Include clear pictures of both the damaged order item(s) and its packaging, both outside of the packaging and its inserts.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return of the damaged book.
